Check 1

Flat, firm ground

Set the unit on level, firm ground. A driveway edge, gravel pad or flat side yard works well. A tilted unit can rock or tip.

Check 2

Leave a 4-foot path

The driver moves each unit by hand truck. Keep a path about 4 feet wide from the truck to the spot. Check for low branches too.

Check 3

Ask your HOA

Many HOAs have rules on where a unit can sit. Ask first. Then tell us the allowed spot and any gate code.

Check 4

Keep it off the street

Do not set the unit in the street or the public right-of-way. Keep the unit on your own property, like a driveway or yard.

Check 5

Lake Conroe slopes

Many Lake Conroe lots slope down to the water. Pick the flattest spot, often near the top of the lot. A restroom trailer is the wrong choice on a slope.

Check 6

Think about guests

Face the door toward an open path. Keep the unit away from windows, air conditioners and the food table. Mark the spot with a cone or chair.
