What makes a flushable porta potty different?
A flushable porta potty uses a foot pump to rinse the bowl with clean water from its own tank. The PolyJohn Fleet FS3 adds a sink, soap and paper towels inside a 47-inch-wide shell. After each flush, the next guest sees a rinsed bowl instead of the holding tank.
The flush and the sink run on foot pumps. Nothing plugs in, and no hose connects to the unit.
The floor is roomier than a standard unit. That helps parents with small kids and guests in dress clothes.

Choose among 3 options by the crowd, the site and the look you want. A standard unit is the plain pick for cookouts and crews. A deluxe flushable suits showers and family parties with no power on site. A 2-stall restroom trailer fits formal events with an outlet within 100 feet.

Hosting a big party? Mix and match: one flushable near the house and standard units by the yard games. Count them with the guest-count porta potty calculator. See the full restroom trailer setup needs before choosing a trailer.
Do flushable porta potties need water or power?
A flushable porta potty needs 0 hookups. Fresh water for the flush and the sink rides inside the unit, and the 60-gallon tank holds the waste. A Fleet FS3 can stand in a pasture, a backyard or a park pavilion with no outlet near.
The unit is 47 inches wide. A 4-foot gate leaves almost no room, so we often set it beside the driveway instead.
Long rentals work too. On a 28-day cycle, the weekly visit pumps the tank, washes the inside and refills the fresh water. See long-term porta potty rentals for offices and homes. For parties, start with our party porta potty rental guide.
Flushable porta potty questions from Conroe renters
These 6 answers cover what people ask before they rent a flushable unit: price, hoses, water supply, showers, locks and long rentals. Each answer gives the fact first. Starting rates appear here before tax, and outer areas add a distance charge.
How much is the one with the flush and the sink?
A deluxe flushable with a sink starts at $295 per weekend. On a job site or long rental, it starts at $295 per 28 days with weekly service. Delivery and pickup are a separate line, and tax is added.
Do I have to hook it up to my hose?
A Fleet FS3 never connects to a hose or an outlet. We fill the fresh water before the unit leaves our yard.
Will the water run out during the party?
The flush and sink water is filled before delivery, and a one- or two-day party normally needs no refill. For events that run several days, we schedule service between days.
Is it worth it over the regular one for a baby shower?
A baby shower crowd tends to like the sink, towels and the 43 by 45.5-inch floor. The standard unit is 41 by 41 inches inside and has no flush.
Can I lock it overnight?
The Fleet FS3 has a lock installed on the door. Lock it the night before if the unit sits in an open yard. Unlock it when guests arrive.
Can we keep one at our model home for a few months?
A deluxe flushable can stay on 28-day cycles with weekly service. Billing renews each cycle until you call or text for pickup.
