How much is one porta potty for a weekend party?

A standard event unit starts at $195 for the weekend window, plus $60 for delivery and pickup in Conroe ZIPs. Sales tax of 8.25% is added. A unit with a sink or flush costs more.

Is the price per day or for the whole weekend?

Event pricing covers the whole weekend window, from Friday drop-off to Monday pickup. You are not charged per day inside that window.

What is the monthly price for a standard porta potty?

A standard unit starts at $175 for each 28-day cycle, and weekly cleaning is included. Delivery starts at $65 and pickup at $30, each charged once.

Why is it 28 days and not a full month?

Billing runs on 28-day cycles so every cycle holds exactly 4 weekly service visits. A year has 13 cycles, not 12 months.

Does the price include delivery and pickup?

Delivery and pickup are separate lines on the quote. Job-site rentals show a one-time delivery charge and a one-time pickup charge. Event quotes show one combined delivery-and-pickup charge.

Do you add fuel fees or environmental fees?

Willie Rental Works does not add fuel surcharges or environmental fees. The quote shows rental, delivery, pickup, any same-day fee, any extra service and Texas sales tax.

Why is delivery to my place more than in town?

Delivery inside Conroe ZIPs starts at $65. Addresses farther out cost $65 to $125 depending on drive distance from Hickerson St.

How much extra is same-day delivery?

The same-day fee starts at $75 when you call by 12 PM, Monday through Saturday. The fee covers pulling a truck off its planned route.

What does the bathroom trailer run for a wedding weekend?

Weekend pricing for our 2-stall trailer starts at $1,195. Delivery, setup and pickup are included within 25 miles of Conroe. The site needs a 120-volt outlet and water.

Is the one with a sink more expensive?

The sink model starts at $225 per 28 days, versus $175 for the plain standard. A deluxe flushable with a sink starts at $295.

If I keep it only 3 days, do I still pay for 28?

A job-site rental bills one 28-day cycle even for 3 days. Ask for the event rate on short jobs, because the event rate covers up to 3 days.

Do you charge sales tax?

Texas sales tax is added to every rental. The rate in Conroe is 8.25%. Tax-exempt buyers can send an exemption certificate before billing.

When can a porta potty be delivered?

A porta potty can be delivered the same day when you call by 12 PM, Monday through Saturday, inside the same-day zone. That zone covers all of Montgomery County plus Spring, Tomball, Kingwood, Humble and Huntsville. Planned orders arrive on the date you choose, between 7 AM and 7 PM.

Can you bring one out today?

Call before noon, Monday through Saturday, and the unit goes out that day. Orders after noon go on the next morning's first route. See same-day delivery.

What time will the driver show up?

Delivery runs from 7 AM to 7 PM. Dispatch can narrow that to a morning or afternoon slot, and the driver can call or text when on the way.

Can you give me an exact delivery time?

Exact times are not promised, because routes shift with traffic on I-45 and job-site waits. A morning or afternoon window is available on request.

Do you deliver on Sundays?

Willie Rental Works does not deliver on Sundays. For a Sunday event, the unit arrives Friday or Saturday and is picked up Monday.

My event is Saturday. When does it come?

A Saturday party gets its unit on Friday and loses it Monday, and those extra days cost nothing. A Saturday-morning drop-off is available on request.

Book 2 to 4 weeks ahead for spring and fall wedding weekends, Memorial Day, July 4th and Labor Day. Ordinary weekdays usually need 1 business day.

How fast can you pick it up when I'm done?

Pickups usually happen within 1 to 2 business days of your call or text. Weekend event units are picked up the Monday after.

Can I pick up the unit myself with my truck?

Customer pickup is not offered. The units weigh 175 pounds or more and must ride upright and strapped, so our crew delivers every one.

Does the driver call before coming?

The driver calls or texts before arrival when you ask for it on the order. Give a cell number that will be on site.

What if your truck can't reach my spot?

The driver sets the unit at the closest level spot the truck and hand truck can reach. Tell the dispatcher about steep drives, low branches or narrow gates when you book.

A standard unit has a toilet seat over a 60-gallon tank, a urinal, 2 toilet paper holders, a mirror, a vent pipe and hand sanitizer. The roof lets in daylight.

Do you have ones that actually flush?

The deluxe flushable unit uses a foot pump to flush with fresh water. It also has a sink, soap and paper towels inside. See deluxe flushable rentals.

Does the flushable one need a water hose?

The deluxe flushable unit needs no hookup. Fresh water is loaded into its own tank before delivery.

Do any of them have air conditioning?

Only the restroom trailer has climate control. Standard and deluxe units have roof vents and a vent pipe, but no A/C.

What does the restroom trailer need on site?

The 2-stall trailer needs a 120-volt, 20-amp outlet within 100 feet, a garden hose spigot or a tank fill, and a level spot about 20 by 9 feet. See restroom trailer rentals.

How big is a regular porta potty?

A standard unit is 91 inches tall, 43.5 inches wide and 47 inches deep. The space inside is about 41 by 41 inches.

Will it fit through my side gate?

A 43.5-inch standard unit fits through a 4-foot gate with room to tilt. The 62-inch accessible unit needs a gate about 6 feet wide.

Do the doors lock?

Every unit has an occupancy latch inside. Job-site units also take a padlock on the outside hasp. Leave the key or code with dispatch so service can happen.

Can I get a hand washing station by itself?

A two-station hand wash sink rents on its own or with toilets. One fill gives nearly 350 hand washes. See hand wash station rentals.

Do the units come with toilet paper?

Every unit arrives with 2 rolls of toilet paper and hand sanitizer or soap. Weekly service on long rentals restocks both.

Are the event units nicer than construction ones?

Event units are kept for weekend parties and weddings, so they stay cleaner looking. Job-site units work hard all month. Read event vs construction units.

Do you rent fans or generators?

Willie Rental Works rents restrooms and hand wash stations only. A generator for a restroom trailer must come from you or a separate rental company.

How are porta potties cleaned and serviced?

Porta potties on 28-day rentals get 1 service visit every week at no extra charge. The technician pumps the tank, washes the inside, sanitizes touch points and restocks paper and sanitizer. Event units arrive cleaned and stocked, so a 1- or 2-day event normally needs no service.

What do you do on a service visit?

A service visit has 5 parts: pump out the waste, wash the inside, sanitize the seat and handles, restock paper and sanitizer, and add fresh deodorizer.

Can I get it cleaned twice a week?

Twice-weekly service is available on any 28-day rental. Each extra visit costs $45.

What day of the week do you service?

Service happens on the same weekday each week, set by your area's route. Ask dispatch which day your address falls on.

What about the smell in summer?

Heat from June to September speeds up odor. Shade, the door facing away from the sun and a second weekly service all help. Read service tips for Texas heat.

Do you refill the hand wash station water?

Hand wash stations on 28-day rentals get fresh water, soap and towels at every weekly visit. Weekend stations arrive full.

Where should a porta potty be placed?

A porta potty should sit on flat, firm ground about 4 by 4 feet, with a 4-foot-wide path from the truck. Driveway edges, side yards and gravel pads work well. Keep the unit on private property, away from windows and air conditioners, and off slopes or soft ground after rain.

Can it go on my driveway?

A driveway is one of the best spots, because the surface is flat and firm. Leave room for cars to pass and keep it off the sidewalk.

Can you put it on the street in front of my house?

Units go on private property. A street or right-of-way spot needs approval from the city or county first, such as the City of Conroe.

Will it sink into my yard?

Wet clay can let a unit settle and lean. Use a driveway, patio or gravel spot after heavy rain, or set the unit on a flat board.

Can you put it in my backyard?

A backyard works when the path is at least 4 feet wide, firm and free of steps. The driver carries the unit on a hand truck.

Do I need my HOA's permission?

Many Conroe-area HOAs set rules for visible units, so check your deed restrictions first. Read the remodel and HOA checklist.

How far from the house should it be?

Place the unit at least 10 feet from doors, windows and A/C units. Downwind of the main gathering area is best.

Can it go on a slope at my lake house?

A porta potty must sit level, so lake-house slopes do not work. The driver uses the nearest flat ground by the drive. See Lake Conroe party planning.

How do I mark where it goes if I'm not home?

Mark the spot with a cone, a chair or a flag. Add a note with the gate code on the order, and the driver can text a photo after setup.

Can you move it after it's delivered?

The crew moves a unit for a $45 move fee. Please do not drag or tip a unit yourself, because a tipped tank spills and you would pay for cleanup.

What happens if a storm is coming?

Call before a named storm, and the crew can stake units, lay them down or pull them. Read hurricane season tips.

How do event and wedding porta potty rentals work?

Event porta potty rentals in Conroe cover a weekend window: drop-off Friday, pickup Monday. Plan 1 unit per 50 guests for up to 4 hours, and add units for longer events or alcohol. Weddings often pick deluxe flushables or a 2-stall restroom trailer. The sizing calculator does the math.

A 5-hour wedding for 150 guests needs 5 units by our method, or 7 with a bar. A 2-stall trailer counts as 2 units.

We have a bathroom inside. Do we still need one?

A house bathroom handles about 15 to 20 guests before lines form. Above that, one outdoor unit keeps traffic out of the house.

Do you have prettier ones for a wedding?

Deluxe flushables and the restroom trailer are the wedding picks. Guests in gowns find the trailer and the wider accessible unit easier to use. See wedding restroom rentals.

Our venue's septic can't take everyone. What do we do?

Add units to carry part of the load. Many barn venues ask for 1 or 2 outdoor units on top of the indoor restrooms.

Can we get pink units for a baby shower?

Unit colors depend on what is in the yard that week. Ask when you book, and dispatch tells you which colors are available.

Do you do church events and festivals?

Church picnics, fall festivals, school fundraisers and reunions all book event units. Public events should include 1 wheelchair-accessible unit. See event rentals.

Our event is 3 days of camping. Is that still the event price?

Event pricing covers up to 3 days. A camping weekend with many guests may need a mid-event service, which costs $45 per visit.

Do we need hand washing stations if we serve food?

With food on the menu, add 1 hand wash station per 3 toilets. Units with a built-in sink also count.

Can the unit stay until Tuesday after a holiday weekend?

On Memorial Day and Labor Day weekends, pickup moves to Tuesday at no extra charge. Ask dispatch when you book.

How do job-site and long-term rentals work?

Job-site and long-term rentals bill every 28 days and include 1 service visit per week. The rental renews on its own until you call or text for pickup. OSHA requires at least 1 toilet for 20 or fewer workers. We recommend 1 unit per 10 workers on a 40-hour week.

Our business restroom is broken. Can you help today?

Businesses with a plumbing failure can get a unit the same day by calling before noon. Read the plumbing outage plan.

Can I get one unit at each of my job sites?

One account can cover many addresses. Each address has its own delivery and its own 28-day cycle.

Do I pay if the job stops and the unit just sits?

A unit on site keeps billing every 28 days. Call for pickup during long stops, and we bring it back when crews return.

Can the crew lock it at night?

Job-site units take a padlock on the outside hasp. Share the key or code with dispatch so weekly service can still happen.

What if someone tips it over or tags it?

The renter pays for damage from vandalism, graffiti, fire, theft or tipping. Lighting and a spot near the street help prevent problems. See the rental terms.

Do you rent wheelchair-accessible porta potties?

Willie Rental Works rents a wheelchair-accessible unit, the PolyJohn Comfort XL. The unit is 62 inches square with a ground-level floor, handrails and a 32-inch door. The 2010 ADA Standards ask that at least 5% of portable units in each cluster be accessible, with a minimum of 1.

Is the handicap porta potty big enough for a wheelchair to turn?

The Comfort XL has more than 16 square feet of floor space, a zero-barrier entry and handrails on every wall. See the wheelchair-accessible unit page.

Does the accessible unit need a special surface?

The accessible unit should sit on a hard, level surface such as a driveway, patio or pavers. Grass and gravel make wheelchair travel hard.

How many accessible units does my event need?

Plan at least 1 accessible unit per cluster, or 5% of units, whichever is more. For example, 24 units need 2. Confirm local rules with your venue or permit office.

Is it also good for people in wedding dresses?

The wider accessible unit gives guests in gowns, parents with toddlers and older guests more room to move. Many weddings add one for that reason.
