Privacy Policy

This policy explains what conroeportapotty.com collects, why, and how Willie Rental Works (501 Hickerson St, Conroe, TX 77301) handles it. Last updated October 11, 2026.

What information does this site collect?

The quote form collects 7 items: delivery ZIP, phone number, delivery date, pickup date, unit type, quantity and guest or crew size. The form also records which page you sent it from. Nothing else is required. The site does not ask for your card number online.

Phone calls to (936) 213-8620 may be noted in our order system so we can schedule your delivery. When you book, we also collect the delivery address, placement notes and billing details needed to complete the rental.

How is the information used and shared?

Your information is used for 3 things only: sending your quote, scheduling and servicing your rental, and billing. Willie Rental Works does not sell, rent or trade your information. Form messages pass through Web3Forms, an email delivery service, which forwards them to our inbox.

• We may text or call the number you give about your quote or rental.
• Card payments are handled by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers on this website.
• We keep order records as required for tax and accounting.

Does the site use cookies or tracking?

This site sets no advertising cookies. A small script counts 3 actions: phone-button taps, ZIP checks and quote submissions, so we can see which pages help visitors. If analytics such as Google Analytics are added later, this policy will be updated with the details and opt-out links.

Google Fonts serves the site's typefaces, so your browser contacts Google's font servers when a page loads.

How can you see or delete your information?

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time by calling (936) 213-8620. Requests are handled within 30 days. Records we must keep for taxes or an open rental account are kept only as long as the law requires, then deleted.
