Which porta potty fits a New Caney job or event?
A New Caney job usually needs 1 of 4 setups. Subdivision builders near the Grand Parkway take standard units with weekly service. Families clearing acreage take a monthly unit. Churches and schools add a sink or wash station. Weekend parties in Tavola often pick a flushable unit for guests.
- Tract builders and framers: one construction porta potty per house, serviced weekly. We move units between lots for builders on one account.
- Land clearing, barns and new houses on acreage: a long-term porta potty billed every 28 days stays until the septic system passes.
- Church homecomings and school fundraisers: rent event porta potties for a weekend and set them near the parking area.
- Barbecue plates and fish fries: a foot-pump hand wash station serves the line where people eat.

What changes the setup on a New Caney property?
5 local conditions change how we set a unit in New Caney. The area is mostly unincorporated, Roman Forest and Woodbranch are their own cities, and many lots are wooded acreage. Creek bottoms flood after heavy rain. New master-planned sections like Tavola run on HOA rules that cover placement.
County rules for most addresses. New Caney itself has no city government, so Montgomery County handles roads and drainage. Keep the unit off the road shoulder, and check with Montgomery County about anything in the right-of-way.
Two small cities inside the area. Roman Forest and Woodbranch have their own city halls. If your lot is inside either one, ask that city before placing a unit near the street.
Peach Creek and Caney Creek bottoms. Low lots near the creeks hold water after a storm. We set units on the high side of the lot. The dolly does not cross a soaked yard.
Long gravel drives and cattle gates. Acreage off FM 1485 often has a locked gate far from the house. Share the code, and tell us if livestock are loose.
Tavola HOA placement. Master-planned streets usually want a unit beside the house or on the driveway, not the front lawn. Ask the HOA before delivery day, then tell the dispatcher.
How long does delivery to New Caney take?
Delivery to New Caney takes about 40 minutes of drive time from Conroe. The truck heads east on SH 105, then southeast on FM 1485 into town. Orders placed by 12 PM, Monday through Saturday, qualify for same-day delivery. Anything booked later goes out on the following morning's route.
East-side tracts toward Lake Houston Wilderness Park add a few minutes. For a planned build, pick the start date and we deliver that morning or afternoon.

Do you guys come all the way out to New Caney?
Our trucks cover every address in ZIP 77357, including Tavola, Roman Forest and the Grand Texas area. New Caney is inside the same-day zone. Same-day orders carry a fee that starts at $75.
What's the trip charge to New Caney?
Delivery outside the Conroe ZIP codes is $65 to $125, based on how far the truck drives. Your New Caney price is on the quote before you pay. Fuel surcharges are never added.
We have 10 acres and the house is way back from the road. Can you get it back there?
The truck can go up a firm gravel or dirt drive. The last stretch needs a 4-foot path and level ground for the dolly. After heavy rain, we set the unit closer to the gate until the drive dries out.
Our church has a homecoming Sunday. When do you bring them?
Sunday events get delivery on Friday or Saturday, with pickup Monday, because we do not run trucks on Sunday. Event units start at $195 each for the weekend window, with $60 added for drop-off and pickup.
Do I need to be there to unlock the gate?
Nobody needs to be home if the gate code or lock combination is shared ahead of time. Mark the spot with a chair or flag. The driver can text a photo once the unit is set.
We're a builder with houses in two New Caney sections. One bill or two?
One account covers every address, with a separate 28-day cycle for each unit. Approved builders can pay by invoice on net-30 terms. When a house closes, we pick up the unit or move it for a $45 move fee.
