What do Splendora families and landowners rent?
Splendora families and landowners rent 4 setups most. A standard unit with weekly service covers a house going up on acreage. A monthly unit fills in while a septic system or well gets fixed. Reunions and church dinners use sink units, and bigger parties add a hand wash station.
- Building on raw land: a monthly porta potty for acreage and long jobs stays put until the house has working plumbing.
- Barn builds, fencing and land clearing: one job-site porta potty per crew of 10, serviced weekly.
- Family reunions and church revivals: size the order with our guest-count porta potty calculator. Serving food? Add 1 wash station for every 3 toilets.
- Older relatives or guests in wheelchairs: a wheelchair-accessible porta potty has ground-level entry and handrails.

What should you plan for on Splendora land?
Splendora land brings 5 setup details that town lots usually do not. City limits cover only part of the ZIP. Drives can run 300 feet or more on dirt. Pastures go soft after rain, and some lots hold standing water near Peach Creek. Many tracts also have livestock or locked pipe gates.
City or county? Addresses inside city limits fall under the City of Splendora. For street or right-of-way questions there, check with the City of Splendora. Outside city limits, Montgomery County handles roads.
Long dirt drives. The flatbed can travel a firm dirt or gravel drive. Rutted or washed-out stretches mean we set the unit closer to the road.
Wet pasture. After a heavy storm, we will not roll a loaded dolly across soggy grass. Pick a spot on high ground, or move the date a day.
Animals near the unit. Cattle and horses rub on units and can tip them. Fence the unit out, or set it outside the pasture gate.
Deed rules still apply. Some newer Splendora sections have HOA or deed rules on what sits in the yard. Ask before delivery so the unit lands in an allowed spot.
How soon can a unit get to Splendora?
A unit can get to Splendora in about 35 minutes once the truck leaves Conroe. The driver takes SH 105 east toward Grangerland, then FM 2090 into town. Same-day delivery applies to orders placed by 12 PM, Monday through Saturday. Later orders head out the next business morning.
Tracts far out on county roads can add 10 to 15 minutes. Hard-to-see house number? Name a landmark, like a church, a feed store or a colored gate.

Do y'all deliver out to Splendora?
Our trucks reach every address in Splendora ZIP 77372, in town or out on the county roads. Splendora is inside our same-day zone. The same-day fee starts at $75.
Will it cost more since I'm out past New Caney?
Delivery outside Conroe ZIP codes costs $65 to $125, depending on the miles driven. Your Splendora charge shows on the quote before you pay. No fuel surcharge is ever added.
We're building a house on our land. Can it stay 4 or 5 months?
A long-term unit stays as long as you need, billed every 28 days. A standard unit starts at $175 per cycle with weekly service. To skip the next cycle, let us know 2 business days ahead.
Our family reunion is out in the pasture. Can it go out there?
The unit can go in a pasture if the ground is firm, level and reachable by a 4-foot path. After rain, we set it on the closest dry, high spot. Keep cattle and horses fenced away from it.
The reunion is on a Sunday. How does that work?
We deliver on Friday or Saturday for a Sunday event and pick up on Monday. Sunday deliveries are not offered. The weekend window costs the same as a Friday-to-Monday rental.
Do I need a wash station if the unit has a sink?
A sink unit covers small groups. For a crowd with food, add 1 hand wash station per 3 toilets. A two-station wash sink starts at $95 for the weekend.
