What local factors matter for a Liberty County rental?

At least 5 local factors shape a Liberty County rental. They are city or county offices, the Trinity River floodplain, new rural subdivisions, Gulf storms and long highway runs. Together they decide who you ask before setup, where the unit can stand, and how far ahead to book.

Liberty is the county seat. Cleveland, Dayton and Liberty each run a city hall for in-town questions. Outside city limits, check with the county through Liberty County's official site.

The Trinity River splits the county. The river runs north to south between Liberty and Dayton, past the Trinity River National Wildlife Refuge. Bottomland there floods after big storms, as it did during Harvey in 2017.

New subdivisions often have dirt roads. Many rural lots north of Dayton and around Cleveland sit on unpaved roads. After heavy rain, those roads may not hold a loaded trailer until they dry.

The Gulf is closer here. Liberty County feels tropical storms sooner than Conroe does. From June 1 to November 30, ask us to lay units down or pull them before a named storm.

Distances add up. Cleveland is a straight run east on Highway 105. Dayton and Liberty come in on SH 321 and US 90, so book a day ahead.

What should a Liberty County church or school event rent?

By our method, a Liberty County church or school event with 100 guests for 4 hours needs 2 units. Add 1 wheelchair-accessible unit for any public event. When food is served, add 1 hand wash station for every 3 toilets. Longer events need more units.

Liberty County porta potty questions

These 6 answers cover what Liberty County renters ask before they book. They explain timing, delivery fees to Dayton and Liberty, dirt roads, storm prep, school billing and Sunday events. Each answer leads with the fact you need, and every price is before sales tax.

Do you guys deliver out to Dayton?

Dayton is part of our next-day area. Order Monday through Saturday, and the unit comes the next business day. Same-day is possible only on some days, with a fee from $75.

What does it cost to get a unit to Liberty or Hardin?

Delivery outside Conroe ZIPs costs $65 to $125, depending on distance. Liberty and Hardin are toward the top of that range. A standard event unit starts at $195 per weekend.

We just bought land on a dirt road. Can you still deliver?

Dirt roads work fine when dry and firm. Send a map pin and a photo of the road if you can. After a hard rain, we move the delivery to the first dry day.

A storm is coming. What happens to the unit on my lot?

Call us when a named storm is headed this way. We can lay the unit down or pick it up early. A unit moved or tipped by the renter is billed to the renter.

Can our school district pay with a purchase order?

Approved school districts, churches with accounts and government buyers can pay by PO on net-30 terms. Card and debit also work for anyone.

Our church event is on a Sunday. Can you drop it off that morning?

We do not deliver on Sundays. For a Sunday event, we drop the unit Friday or Saturday and pick it up Monday.
